Spend a morning connecting with other women on the pregnancy journey. Reframing the narrative towards your changing body and upcoming birth can be empowering and healing.
Yes it is a joyful time but it is also exhausting, overwhelming and so much more. Let’s own and share all that pregnancy is. You don’t need to show the world your perfect bump. You are growing a life and transforming into a new parent.
You are a superhero with complexity.
This workshop is here to celebrate that.

My photography practice is two fold.
As We Are is a socially aware photographic practice aiming to use the lens to empower and reframe stories. Photography can be a tool that reaches farther and deeper to challenge identity and community.
Within As We Are, I facilitate, teach and mentor at various levels collaborating with groups and individuals, social enterprises and NGO’s. I also photograph authentic life stories where the images are utilised to heal and reframe.
As Natalie Sternberg the photographer, I am commissioned by companies & magazines to shoot commercial projects within architecture and urban spaces. I also work for NGO’s and production/media companies documenting projects and events that lie within the realm of social and environmental justice. My personal projects focus on decolonising the lens by giving visual voice to the often unheard.
